Roofing Services in Teravista, Round Rock
Teravista is one of Round Rock's largest master-planned communities, built out mostly between 2005 and 2015. That puts a lot of these roofs right at or past the 15-year mark where manufacturer warranties start expiring and shingle granule loss becomes visible. The HOA has requirements on shingle color and profile, so you can't just pick whatever's cheapest at the supply house. Williamson County permitting applies. The homes are tightly spaced on many of the interior streets, which means we plan material delivery and staging carefully to avoid blocking neighbors. We've done enough Teravista roofs to have the HOA process down cold.
